Apricot Chicken

  • 8 CHICKEN THIGHS
  • 2 CUPS APRICOT NECTAR
  • 1 PACKET ONION SOUP MIX
  • 2 ONIONS
  • 2 CLOVES GARLIC

Peel and quarter the onions, place in a baking dish along with the chicken thighs and garlic. Combine the soup mix with the apricot nectar to make a marinade and pour over the chicken. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180C/350F for 1 hour.
