Bacon and Egg Muffin

  • 2 RASHERS SHORTCUT BACON
  • 1 EGG
  • 1 ENGLISH MUFFIN
  • 1 TABLESPOON SMOKY BBQ SAUCE

Fry bacon and egg (use an egg ring), drain on paper towel when cooked. Split muffin and toast. Spread toasted muffin with BBQ sauce then top with the bacon and egg.
