Green Pea Dip

  • 2 CUPS FROZEN PEAS
  • FLAT BREAD
  • 2 SHALLOTS
  • 1 TEASPOON GINGER
  • 1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL

Finely dice shallots then sauté in a pan over a medium heat until translucent, add the garlic and ginger cooking for a further 2 mins. Turn down the heat and add the peas cooking for 5 mins or until peas become soft. Blend or puree the mixture adding the olive oil, serve with the flat bread.
