Lemon Baked Fish

  • 1LB/500G FISH FILLETS
  • 6 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE
  • 1 TEASPOON LEMON RIND
  • 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
  • 1/4 TEASPOON DRIED ROSEMARY

Place lemon juice, lemon rind, rosemary and butter into a bowl and heat in microwave until butter is melted. Place fish fillets into a shallow baking dish and pour butter mix over the top. Bake for around 25 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Season with salt before serving.
