Mushroom Salad

  • 1/2LB/250G MUSHROOMS
  • 1/2LB/250G GREEN BEANS
  • 1 MEDIUM ICEBERG LETTUCE
  • 1 LARGE CUCUMBER
  • 1/4 CUP FRENCH DRESSING

Quarter the lettuce, roughly slice the cucumber and halve the beans. Place ingredients into a salad bowl and apply french dressing, gently toss before topping with the mushrooms (thinly sliced) and serve.
