Beef Onion Gravy

1 CUP BEEF STOCK 1/2 SMALL ONION 1 CLOVE GARLIC 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER 1 TABLESPOON FLOUR Finely dice onion, crush garlic and cook with the butter until soft. Add the flour and simmer for 2 minutes. Whisk in the beef stock, simmer whilst stirring until gravy thickens. Add more flour if you like a thicker gravy.
